Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days (rather depending on delivery option chosen) after receipt of payment is received and are shipped via RoyalMail, with a tracking number and/or drop-off without signature. If you prefer express delivery, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to a total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Split Shipments 

Occasionally we may be unable to fulfill your order in one go, this can happen during the restocking days when stock levels online do not get updated until we receive all the restock information. Depending upon the order we will part ship the bulk of it and then send the other items once they are in stock at no extra charge. In some situations, we will contact you beforehand and ask how you would like to proceed.

If payment has been made via PayPal or WorldPay the full payment for goods is taken at the time of placing your order.
